Private Access Risk Acknowledgement

For Stack’s Proprietary Rules-Based Currency Execution Technology.

Risk Acceptance & User Responsibility.

1. Nature of Service

I understand that StackWorks provides access to proprietary rules-based trade execution technology, system infrastructure, operational support and related technical assistance.

I understand that StackWorks does not provide financial advisory services, investment recommendations, portfolio management, discretionary fund management, brokerage services, custody of assets or capital guarantees.

2. User-Directed Participation

I confirm that my participation is voluntary and based on my own decision.

I understand that any trading account used with the system is opened, funded, operated and maintained in my own legal name. I remain responsible for my broker relationship, account access, funding, margin, withdrawals, tax obligations and continued monitoring of my account.

3. Proprietary Execution Rules

I understand that StackWorks’ execution rules are proprietary and predefined by StackWorks.

By participating, I voluntarily agree for trades to be executed in my own account according to those predefined system rules. I understand that I am not receiving personalised investment advice and StackWorks is not assessing whether any trade, strategy, position size, instrument or outcome is suitable for my personal circumstances.

4. Capital at Risk

I understand and accept that trading involves risk.

I may lose part or all of my capital. I confirm that I am financially able to bear such losses and that I will not participate using funds required for essential living expenses, emergency reserves, debt obligations or other financial commitments.

5. Market, Broker, Execution, and System Risks

I accept full responsibility for all risks and outcomes arising from my participation, including but not limited to:

market volatility, drawdowns, liquidity risk, spread widening, slippage, execution delays, rejected orders, margin calls, forced liquidation, currency conversion risk, broker platform issues, broker insolvency or operational failure, system errors, software bugs, connectivity failures, data-feed issues, incorrect account settings, third-party service interruptions and force-majeure events.

6. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that any figures, examples, historical data, backtests, estimates or illustrations shared are for information only.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation, warranty or guarantee is made regarding profitability, capital preservation, consistency of returns, maximum drawdown or future performance.

7. User Responsibility

I remain solely responsible for deciding whether to participate, how much capital to allocate, whether to continue or stop using the system and whether the risks are acceptable to me.

I understand that I may request to stop participation, but market exposure, open trades, broker processes or execution timing may affect the final outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, I agree not to hold StackWorks, its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates, service providers or representatives liable for any losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from my use of the system, tools, support or related services.

I accept full responsibility for my capital, my account, my participation and all risks and outcomes arising from the use of StackWorks’ proprietary rules-based currency execution technology.
